Return Policy

Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your Sponge Hydration device is defective due to manufacturing issues, please contact us at spongehydration@gmail.com within 60 days of receiving your order. Our team will evaluate the issue and, at our discretion, provide a replacement or repair at no cost. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, modification, or normal wear and tear.

Returns
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing spongehydration@gmail.com.

Important:

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels.

  • Returns are only accepted for orders shipped to addresses in the United States (excluding U.S. territories) or Canada.

  • International orders are final sale and not eligible for return.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused or in gently used, donatable condition.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all original parts, accessories, and documentation.

  • A valid proof of purchase must be provided.

  • Returns must be postmarked within 7 calendar days of initiating the return request.

Non-Returnable Items
We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that:

  • Show excessive wear, misuse, or physical damage

  • Are missing parts, accessories, or original packaging

  • Are returned after the 30-day return window

Additional Notes

  • Each customer and shipping address is limited to one 30-day trial per product. If you return a product from your initial order, you are not eligible for another 30-day trial for that product on future orders.

  • Refunds will be issued once the return is received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
